InStyle Music Inc. is looking for a Creative Sync Coordinator (5-10 hours/week to start).
LOCATION: Remote work. Anywhere in North America
About us: InStyle Music is based in Canada and was founded in 2014. It has become the premier source for one-stop high quality Indie Artist songs, Production Music, and Custom music for Film/TV. We service clients in the US and Canada. And have international distribution via our sub-publishing partners. Here is some of our work.
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individual to join and help grow our indie artist division. This is also a great growth opportunity to be a part of the development of our new catalogue, InStyle Records from the ground up!
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pitch our artist songs to clients.
- Seek out new business, new clients, and new opportunities.
- Prioritize and accurately respond to client requests and briefs.
- Research music for client projects and build playlists for pitching.
- Audition new artist music.
- Prepare briefs for our artists based on upcoming project needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience pitching music for Film/TV/Ads.
- A proven track record for securing placements.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Existing relationships with industry clients.
- A fantastic ear and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of how music is used in different media.
- A strong sense of integrity, work ethic.
Working knowledge of the following tools/systems is a bonus:
– Google Docs, DISCO, ASANA, and SourceAudio
